01

Scope and contact

This Privacy Policy explains how Snap Poker ("Snap Poker," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit playsnappoker.com, join our waitlist, or use another service that links to this policy.

Questions and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@playsnappoker.com.

02

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, the page location where you submitted it, and the submission time.

We also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, and timestamps in hosting or security logs. For abuse prevention, we convert the requesting IP address into a one-way hash tied to a short rate-limit window rather than storing the address in our waitlist database.

The current website does not collect payment details, poker activity, messages, voice recordings, precise location, or government identifiers.

03

Where information comes from

We receive your email directly from you. Technical information is generated automatically when your browser communicates with our site and may also be provided by our hosting and security providers.

04

How we use information

We use personal information to manage the waitlist, confirm and respond to requests, send launch or product updates, understand interest in Snap Poker, secure and maintain the site, prevent spam and fraud, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.

Where applicable, we process information with your consent, to take steps you request, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, and to comply with law. You may withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.

05

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, database storage, security, communications, analytics that we may later adopt and disclose, and professional services. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to us or as allowed by law.

We may also disclose information to comply with legal process, protect people or rights, investigate misuse, or complete a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

06

Retention and security

We retain waitlist emails while they are needed for launch communications, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them sooner. Short-lived rate-limit records expire automatically. Providers may retain security logs for their standard operational periods, and we may keep records longer where reasonably necessary for security, disputes, or law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in those messages. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request.

Send requests to privacy@playsnappoker.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request. You may also complain to the privacy or data-protection authority where you live.

08

Cookies and privacy signals

The current waitlist site does not intentionally place advertising or analytics cookies and does not use browser storage to track you. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and secure the site.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals do not currently change the site's behavior. We will update this notice and honor legally required controls if those practices change.

09

International processing

Snap Poker and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose privacy laws may differ from yours. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards and make information about them available on request.

10

Children and age limits

Snap Poker is intended for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children under 13. Do not join the waitlist if you are under 18. If we learn that we collected a child's personal information contrary to applicable law, we will delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us with a concern.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Snap Poker develops or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes will not be applied retroactively without an appropriate legal basis.
